COLLEGE STATION, Texas — It's everyone's favorite day of the year, UIL Realignment Day! Every two years, the landscape in Texas high school football changes and when it means the difference between making the playoffs and getting a chance for a state title, emotions can get high.
The UIL updates the student population at all the high schools across the Lone Star State to make sure each team is competing on an even playing field. For some schools, this means moving down a classification. For others, a new district means tougher competition.
Here are the UIL district alignments for the 2020-22 seasons for Brazos Valley high school teams.
