COLLEGE STATION, Texas — College Station Police arrested an 18-year-old after they executed a search warrant Wednesday afternoon at 1301 Harvey Road, The Ivy.
Jaylen Markel Moseley, 18, of College Station, was arrested and has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Police identified the victim that died as Richard Elijah Hilton, 17, of College Station, in an update on Monday.
Moseley's bond in the Brazos County Jail is set at $200,000.
