Another strong cold front on the way to the Brazos Valley

A warm & stormy Tuesday but a strong cold front will bring fall temperatures back to the Brazos Valley by Wednesday

BRYAN, Texas — Isolated storms developed this morning across the Brazos Valley thanks to a warm front that worked its way in from the south. Officially, Bryan College Station received 0.10" of rain but the north side of Bryan received up to 1.00". The warm front also brought in more humid air and warmer temperatures, which will keep overnight lows in the low-70s. The areas that saw rain earlier today do have a chance to see morning fog on Tuesday before the fog quickly burns off and leads to partly cloudy skies.

Scattered storms will develop ahead of the cold front on Tuesday. The best storm chances will occur by late afternoon into the evening hours. Highs will climb into the mid to upper-80s. Behind the cold front, temperatures will quickly fall into the 70s, followed by temperatures decreasing into the 60s.

Wednesday will be much cooler & dry. Highs will struggle in the 60s. Under clear skies, Wednesday night will be chilly. Lows will fall into the 40s & 50s. A warmup will begin on Thursday through the weekend with dry conditions.
