High will only continue to rise near the triple digits for the weekend. Monday, July 1st COULD be our first 100 degrees temperature day of the season; we have another chance on Tuesday into mid-week. More triple digits days to follow, so expect heat advisories and possible heat warnings by next week. Always stay safe and lookout for your pets, plants, and people.

4th of July Preview: Yes, the heat will be turned up with a high near 100 and sunny skies in place. A few storms are possible north of Dallas, other than that the heat will be our main weather story. With southerly winds in place it will be humid as well.
