BRYAN, Texas — A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until midnight Friday and while the precipitation is moving out of the area, patches of ice will remain on some roads around the Brazos Valley.
Travel could be hazardous Thursday evening and is discouraged at this time and a hard freeze sets in for the Brazos Valley Thursday as temperatures dip to near 20 degrees.
A wind chill advisory is also in effect until 9 a.m. Friday morning for wind chills as low as 5 degrees. Clouds are forecast to gradually break up Friday and the weekend is looking nice and sunny but still on the chilly side. -A
