WASHINGTON COUNTY, Texas — Another area in the Brazos Valley that is impacted by the heavy rain is Washington County.
Approximately 55 streets were reported closed at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday through the Washington County Office of Emergency Management, Facebook page earlier today.
Several inches of rain have fallen across parts of southeast Texas since midnight Tuesday. According to the currently issued flood warning, some have seen over 13" of rain.
