Pin Oak Road in Franklin to temporarily close for culvert replacement

The closure will take place from 8:30 a.m. until around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Robertson County Officials.

FRANKLIN, Robertson County — A culvert replacement in Franklin will result in a day-long closure of a road near Highway 79.

According to Robertson County Officials, Pin Oak Road will close around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday for a culvert to be replaced around the 500 block of the roadway. It is projected to be completed by 4 p.m.

The closure will affect the area from Highway 79 to Bucksnort Road, officials say. Signage notifying those that may be navigating the area will be posted to remind of the closure.

Drivers are encouraged to leave prior to the start of the closure or to use Bucksnort Road and Henry Prairie Road as an alternate route.
