COLLEGE STATION, Texas — In NBA news, Khris Middleton is about to get paid big bucks. And most likely by the Bucks.
The Texas A&M product and seven-year pro is declining his $13 million option and will become an unrestricted free agent.
Middleton and Milwaukee however are planning to work together in hopes of getting a new long term deal done.
Middleton is eligible to sign a five-year $190 million contract to stay with the Bucks. Or, the first time All-Star can ink a four-year deal worth over $140 million with another team.
Middleton, who averaged over 18 points and six rebounds per game this past season, has turned into one of the best wing players in the league.
