Texas A&M sells out of football season tickets for second year in a row

The first year in the Mike Elko era sees a 97% season ticket renewal rate in what may be one of the most exciting seasons in a long time.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas — For the second straight year, Texas A&M football season tickets have sold out, according to the athletic department.

"The extraordinary demand for sports passes underscores the unmatched dedication and enthusiasm of our students for the 2024 Aggie Football season," said Texas A&M Director of Athletics Trev Alberts. "We are incredibly proud to boast the nation's largest student section and the most passionate student body. Their unwavering support as the 12th Man is truly remarkable and sets the tone for an unforgettable season ahead."

The athletic department reported over 91,000 tickets have been sold, with over 54,000 season tickets having been sold alongside nearly 37,000 student sports passes, which have also been purchased at a record pace and are close to selling out.

The total brings the season ticket renewal rate to 97% for the first year of the Mike Elko era at A&M.

Tickets remain available for students without a sports pass for individual games in the upcoming season, but are all subject to availability. The athletics department says guest tickets will be "extremely limited" for the Notre Dame and Texas games.

Sales for single game tickets--excluding the Notre Dame, Arkansas, and Texas games--will go live on July 18. Click here for information on the 12th Man Foundation website or call 888-992-4443.

For the Southwest Classic matchup against Arkansas at AT&T Stadium, tickets will be available in early July, according to the A&M athletics department.
