HEARNE, Texas--- One man is arrested in connection with the death of Jaterryion Davis who died the day after Thanksgiving.

Police arrested Jawuan Darden, 18, in Temple on December 18 and charged him with capital murder.

The incident is still under investigation by Hearne Police and Robertson County District Attorney's Office.

The district attorney's office says Darden is being held in the Robertson County jail where he is waiting to be indicted and arraigned.

Davis died at the Daryl Moody Center at 1311 Dawson Street on November 27.
