Have you seen this person? Grimes County authorities looking to find missing man

Scott Evan Shepple has been missing since 6 a.m. Monday morning and authorities believe he is in danger of death or serious bodily injury.

IOLA, Grimes County — The Grimes County Sheriff's Office and Amber Alert Network of the Brazos Valley need your help finding a man that has been missing since early Monday morning.

According to officials, Scott Evan Shepple was last seen around 6 a.m. in the 28000 block of FM 39 in Iola. Authorities believe he is in danger of death or serious bodily injury.

Shepple, 36, is described as standing 5'5" tall, weighing 145 pounds, and having tattoos on his face and neck area.

Those that do spot him are asked to not approach him and contact local law enforcement. If you have any information on his whereabouts or spot him, the Grimes County Sheriff's Office can be reached by calling 936-873-2151.

UPDATE: Shepple has been found safe and is receiving assistance from authorities.
