BRYAN, Texas – A Navasota man has been sentenced to 4 years in prison for causing a crash while he was high on PCP.
Jake Seeger pled guilty to the May 2014 crash involving one other vehicle.
The driver of the other car was wearing a seatbelt and only had minor injuries, but Seeger ran from the scene.
He was initially charged with fleeing the scene, but because of a prior Grimes county conviction for a different PCP-related crash, prosecutors went with the more serious charge of aggravated assault.
