BRYAN, Texas — Downtown Bryan brings in the community to celebrate the holidays with its Annual Downtown Bryan Lighted Christmas Parade.
With almost 60 entries, the 2019 Downtown Bryan Lighted Christmas Parade has the most participation from community organizations, like Bryan ISD, Downtown Bryan Businesses, local first responders and much more.
Parade watchers can also expect to see a certain jolly figure- Santa Claus.
If people are interested in keeping up with the parade, organizers said it will start at 24th St. and Bryan Ave. and head south. The parade will then turn on 28th St. and continue north onto Main St.
The Downtown Bryan Lighted Christmas Parade kicks off at 6:30pm Friday.
Bryan Ave. from 24th St. to MLK will close at 4:30pm Friday for parade staging and then Main St. from MLK to 28th St.and Bryan Ave from 24th St. to 28th St. will close at 5:30pm for the parade route. No cars will be allowed in or out of the parade route until it is over.
