Domino's Pizza opens new College Station location, that breaks away from traditional store

The new store is looking to hire several new team members.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas — College Station is home to another Domino's, but the new location comes with a twist.

Domino's "pizza theater" is located 900 Harvey Road. It includes a lobby, indoor seating, open-area viewing of the food preparation process and the ability to track carryout orders electronically on a lobby screen. Customers can also utilize the store's chalkboard to draw or leave feedback for Domino's.

The new "pizza theater" can seat around 35 people at the store, whereas a typical store can only seat 10.

The new location is the 6th to come to Bryan/College Station.

“We are dedicated to the College Station community and are excited to be serving local residents,” said Mike Cunningham, College Station Domino’s franchise owner. “We have a deeply experienced team of folks who live and work in the area and they are excited offer our delicious products, exceptional service, and innovative ordering technology to the community.”

The pizza theater opened its doors Dec. 28. The store is looking to hire delivery drivers, customer service representatives and assistant managers.

"Right now we have about 200 employees in Bryan/College Station, but there is opportunity for 30 or 40 more people in town," said Paul Place, the district manager for College Station Domino's.

College Station Domino's works with school schedules.
