CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — You never know what you'll see in the gulf waters of the Coastal Bend. One sea captain knows that all too well. Chris Elliott said he found a white-tailed buck taking a dip about three-quarters of a mile from the shore in Baffin Bay,
In a post to social media, the buck can be seen paddling away with antlers so wide, it looked like one of Santa's reindeer came to town early.
After a quick pep-talk, the buck was directed back to the shore and to his home on a nearby ranch.
The video was shared on social media by Elliott, who said he will now offer an all-inclusive charter for those who would like to swim with the dolphins and whitetails in 2024.
