BRAZOS COUNTY, Texas — A Bryan man is under arrest after being accused of sexually assaulting a child. Sergio Silva, 19, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. He is currently in the Brazos County Jail on $100,000 bond.
Investigators said it happened at a Brazos County home on the night of April 18. The child told their parents and investigators Silva had touched them and performed a sexual act while they were sleeping. The child, who is under the age of 14, says they woke up to feeling pain and Silva was also touching them under their clothes. The victim told investigators they were able to get away from Silva.
When questioned, Silva allegedly did not deny committing the sex acts.
