BRYAN, Texas — Blinn College has been recognized with a Most Promising Places to Work in Community College Award by the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) and Diverse: Issues in Higher Education.
This award marks the second year in a row that the school has been nominated for the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges Award by the NISOD. Blinn has also been named a promising place to work in community colleges in 2017 and 2020 as well.
The school will be recognized during NISOD's International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence from May 27-30 in Austin.
According to a news release from the school, the Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges Award recognizes community and technical colleges with an exceptional commitment to family friendliness, salary/benefits, and professional development opportunities.
