BRAZOS COUNTY, Texas — With the recent Shelter-In-Place order from local government officials, Aggieland Humane Society is adjusting to appointment only adoptions, owner reclaims and other services.

If you are interested in adopting a pet, they ask you to submit your adoption application via email. You can find the application online at aggielandhumane.org/adopt. The Aggieland Humane Society Customer Service Team will contact you to set up an appointment to come to the shelter and meet your future pet.

If you are interested in fostering a pet during this time, they have moved the entire sign up and orientation process online. For more information on the foster care program, please visit aggielandhumane.org/foster-care/

If you are missing a pet and think it might be at Aggieland Humane, please email info@aggielandhumane.org or call at 979-775-5755 to begin the reclaim process.

At this time, they are ceasing all public spays and neuters. You can still request an appointment online and will be contacted when surgeries begin again.

If you have questions or need assistance with any of these programs, email info@aggielandhumane.org.
