Authorities seeking information on thieves involved in Brenham credit card fraud case

According to the sheriff's office, the two individuals stole credit cards from cars at a nearby skating rink and used them to buy things at Walmart.

BRENHAM, Washington County — Washington County authorities are seeking the public's help in identifying two individuals in a stolen credit card case from May 6.

According to the sheriff's office, two individuals broke into two cars in the parking lot of the silver wings skating rink and stole purses and credit cards. The cards were used shortly after by the two at a Brenham Walmart. The thieves left in a grey minivan that's described as a newer model.

Those with information on the suspects or their whereabouts are advised to call Brenham-Washington County Crimestoppers at 979-836-8477. A $500 reward is being offered for the arrest and/or conviction of each of the suspects.
