COLLEGE STATION, Texas — College Station Police are seeking information related to a fight and shots fired report that originated at a basketball court at John Compton Park.
Officials responded to multiple calls made to 911 Thursday night reporting gunshots in the area. When CSPD officers arrived at the scene, they learned that a fight had broken out at the basketball court and that one person had been injured in the fight. Multiple bullet shell casings were also found at where the shooting took place.
The individual that was injured was treated by College Station Fire Department first responders. No other injuries related to the fight or the shots that were fired have been reported as of Thursday night.
