Bryan man arrested by College Station Police for stabbing woman in apartment

COLLEGE STATION, Texas — A man was arrested in a late-night stabbing incident in an apartment, according to College Station Police.

According to a police report, Charles Williams, 51, broke into an apartment at 1501 Holleman Drive and began threatening to kill a woman that was inside. He soon after stabbed her with a pocket knife, and later left the apartment after police had been called.

A CSPD drone operator began searching the area to find Williams, and was able to find him nearby a convenience store in the area. He was later taken into custody, and has not been released on bond.

Williams has been charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Burglary of a Habitation. His bonds total $130,000, according to Brazos County Jail records.
