COLLEGE STATION, Texas — A woman was arrested Sunday night by College Station Police after a dispute over a parking spot at an apartment complex, according to an arrest report from CSPD.
The dispute took place shortly before 4 a.m., and involved a group of four individuals who were visiting a friend at the apartment complex. They parked in front of another car temporarily, but the individual in the parked car--said to be either Rachel Leigh McClure, 39, or her boyfriend--started honking the car's horn to indicate that they wanted the car to be moved.
While the car was moved, the two groups got into a verbal argument, and McClure went back into her apartment and allegedly came back out with a black revolver, and threatened to shoot all four of the individuals in the argument, according to statements from the victims.
A search was done after a warrant was obtained, and the gun was found inside her apartment. McClure was taken into custody, according to the report, but declined to speak with authorities without a lawyer present.
McClure is being held in the Brazos County Jail on four counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and a charge of marijuana possession. Her bonds total $33,000, according to jail records.
