COLLEGE STATION, Texas — A College Station man was charged with child indecency on Monday. He was previously arrested by FBI agents in November, according to College Station Police.
Clinton Harnden, 39, was served with a search warrant by CSPD and FBI agents in November to investigate if he was in possession of child pornography. He was taken into custody and was released two days later, according to jail records.
Following the arrest, an eight-year-old victim was interviewed by a local child advocacy center which prompted an additional interrogation with Harnden.
During questioning, he admitted that on multiple occasions that he had entered her room completely naked, even sleeping alongside her.
Harnden is being held in the Brazos County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
