It's official...Cafe Eccell is moving to the old Luby's location in Bryan.
Cafe Eccell's owner now owns the restaurant building at Texas and Rosemary just north of University Drive. They are renovating the inside with plans to open in the fall.
Luby's closed last week after close to 40 years there and Cafe Eccell was forced out of their location Church and Wellborn earlier this year.
The city of College Station owned the property that included their historic city hall. They sold it to a group that plans to build a new residential and retial building on that property.
