BRYAN, Texas — This week's featured Brazos Buddy is Darla, a two and a half year-old Jack Russel Terrier Mix that's looking to be adopted.
Here is an introduction from the Bryan Animal Center to this furry friend looking for a forever home:
Hey there, are you looking for a furever pupper that is just the right size? Not too big, not too small but just right?? Well look no further because that pup is ME and my friends call me Darla.
I looking for a hooman that likes to go on walks, play ball with me, and also likes to stop and smell the flowers. Don't get me wrong, I like to play but I'm also the type of girl that wants to just be with you while you curl up and read a book or hide with you under a blanket while watching spooky movies.
I think I would be a great ghost dog for Halloween. And don't worry if your arm gets tired of throwing the ball I will entertain myself. I also absolutely love belly rubs and will fall at your feet after a good run of the zoomies. So come on down to the Bryan Animal Center and meet me today. I am only an approved application away from my furever home.
Like the overwhelming majority of pets that are featured on Brazos Buddies, Darla is spayed, heart healthy, and ready to go home.
If you'd like to adopt Darla, just visit the Bryan Animal Center website here and fill out an adoption application. Additionally, if you're interested in seeing what other pets that are up for adoption from the Bryan Animal Center, click here.
