NAVASOTA, Texas — Every year the Navasota Police Department hosts their 'Treats on the Streets' Halloween event where they provide a safe alternative to regular trick-or-treating.
Unfortunately, out of an abundance of caution due to COVID-19, the city has decided to cancel this year's event. They plan to bring back the annual event next year in 2021.
